Refund policy

This shop does not take payment on the website. A WhatsApp message is an order request. Payment and delivery are agreed there before the goods are sent.

You can cancel an order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. After dispatch, contact 076 284 2598 if the goods are damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered. Send a photo within 3 days of receiving them.

Barcode labels and thermal rolls that have been opened are not returned unless they are faulty. Scales and POS hardware are checked against the agreed model. Delivery charges are refunded only when the problem is ours.

Approved refunds are sent back by the same method used to pay, after the goods are received.
