THRIMA POS Windows
THRIMA POS runs on the shop computer. Bills, stock, purchases, accounts, and reports stay in one shop database.

Sales
- New Invoice: find an item by name or barcode. Enter moves through quantity, selling price, discount, then the cart.
- Quick Sale adds a scanned barcode straight to the cart.
- Create an order, recall a saved invoice, and take a customer return.
- Sales History and Day Book for the day's sales.
- Payment by cash, credit, split payment, or gift card, with change shown.
- Item discount and wholesale. A 10% discount takes 10 percent off the selling price.
- Weight barcodes in kilograms, dine-in tables, loyalty points, and promotions.
- Quotation, bill design, printing, and cash drawer.
Products and stock
- Product Update for name, barcode, cost, discount, and stock.
- Categories and variations.
- Inventory details, stock locations, and label printing.
- Stock adjustments, bulk add, bulk remove, and stock transfer.
- Batch and serial numbers, expiry dates, and promotion management.
Customers and suppliers
- New customer and amount receivable.
- New supplier and amount payable.
Purchases
- New purchase, purchase order, and GRN.
- Purchase return and purchase history.
Accounts
- Bank accounts and balances.
- Cheque writer and cheque history.
- Income, expenses, petty cash, and gift cards.
Service
- Custom service, food and beverage, and table arrangement.
Employees and HR
- Enrol an employee.
- When HR is turned on: fingerprint attendance, fingerprint settings, salary, departments, and training.
Reports
- Report groups: Sale, Product, VAT, Purchase, Return, and Accounts.
- Cashier sales, invoices, hourly sales, profit, unpaid sales, discounts, loyalty, stock, expiry, VAT, GRN, returns, day book, customer receipts, bank report, and cheque report.
- Filter by date and cashier. A row can show a chart and a PDF preview.
- X report, Z report, and audit log.
Shop, network, and license
- Company profile: shop name, address, phone, and logo.
- Users and roles, backup, and settings. The screen can be English or Sinhala.
- Network / LAN connects another till to the same database.
- A Windows license is issued for this computer.
- The phone connects to this computer through Cloudflare while THRIMA POS stays open.
THRIMA POS Mobile
THRIMA Mobile is the phone app, version 3.2. It can follow the shop computer, or keep its own database.

Two modes in one app
- Windows POS mode and Local database mode. Turning one on in Settings hides the other.
- Home shows only the button for the active mode. There is no top-selling list on Home.
Windows POS mode
- The phone connects to THRIMA POS on the shop computer. The computer program must stay open.
- Connection uses a request code through Cloudflare.
- Day Book shows today's sales on the computer.
- Inventory Details shows live stock.
- Sales history, purchase history, and reports for sales and profit.
- Product Update saves an item to the main server.
- Bank summary, bank history, and cheque history.
Local database mode
- Data stays on the phone. This mode does not open with a Windows POS license.
- The license is issued by a separate mobile license tool using the phone's request code.
- Sign up and login are separate screens, and internet is required then.
- The first user is the admin. Later users are cashiers.
- Your profile stores a round photo, name, phone, email, and address.
- Today's sales, purchases, and low stock are on the Dashboard.
Sales and billing
- Find an item by typing or by barcode scan, then tap to add it to the cart.
- Enter moves through quantity, item discount, then the cart, and returns to search.
- Payment is cash or credit. A bill can be held and printed.
- Bill design uses the built-in template, or a custom HTML template.
- Template fields include shop name, address, phone, logo, invoice number, date, customer, payment, cashier, items, subtotal, discount, tax, grand total, paid, balance, footer, and notes.
Credit customers
- On credit, pick a saved customer or add a new one with name and phone.
- Credit customers lists unpaid bills.
- Payments covers customer and supplier payments.
Stock, purchases, and cash
- Products, prices, stock, and categories.
- Customers and suppliers.
- Purchases, GRN, purchase return, and customer return.
- Sales history, purchase history, stock movement, and low stock.
- Income, expenses, reports, and dashboard.
Settings
- Language, product names in English or Sinhala, and the active mode.
- Printer settings and bill design.
- The side menu shows the round profile and Settings.
